Whether you need a ranch, two-story with a bonus room, or a townhome, Ole South most likely has a home under construction to meet your needs. Our homes range from 1,200 - 3,000 square feet living areas, containing 2-5 bedrooms, and 2-4 baths.

The interior and exterior selections for each home under construction were selected well in advance of the start of construction and is based on projected availability.  Our New Home Sales Professionals can show you each selection that is chosen for any home that is under construction.

When you contract to purchase your new home, we will assign your home an initial target closing date.  There are many factors that affect your new home's construction schedule.  As your new home gets closer to completion, we can more accurately determine your actual closing date. 

Prior to closing on the sale of your new home, you will meet with one of our Customer Care Representatives for your New Home Orientation.  During this orientation, you will receive information on your home's systems and features, along with an introduction to our Customer Care process.
