Emergencies

Emergency service is available under certain conditions. In an event of an emergency the first step is to get the situation under control. The fastest way to do this is by contacting the appropriate sub-contractor who can address the emergency. A sub-contractor list was presented to you at closing and can be found in your panel box in your home. Contact them at the number provided.

If you feel like there is a life threatening emergency you should leave your home immediately and dial 911.

Non emergency warranty requests should be submitted online using the form below. You can also complete a form using your warranty booklet that you received at closing . That completed form should be faxed to (615) 219-5644.
