At Ole South we have decided to create a warranty for our customers that addresses problems that may arise during and after the construction process. We asked our customers what they wanted in a warranty as well as what the industry currently provides and created our Premier Warranty Solution. Knowing that home buyers deserve more than the industry standard, Ole South created our Premier Warranty Solution. What this means is the issue will be solved by those people who are already familiar with your home - Ole South sub-contractors and Ole South employees.

Ole South offers a full-service warranty department to address any issues (excluding maintenance) that may arise in your new home.

After closing, customers have opportunities at any time to submit a list of items you would like Ole South to resolve. These must be submitted in writing by e-mail, fax, or letter.
